Happy Christmas from Boomtown

Time to down tools and head to the pub, but we'll be back in January.

Has another year gone by so quickly? It seems only yesterday we were celebrating the beginning of 2007 and here we are at the end of it.

Well Christmas is (almost) here and those of us at Boomtown UK need a stiff drink, a mince pie and a bit of a lie down.

We'll be back in January fully rested and raring to go. But in the meantime we'll be posting the Boomtown UK writers' choice of games of the year next week. Expect some controversy or at least one or two of them being completely wrong - and you can tell them.

But until then, on behalf of all of us here at Boomtown UK and the folks at the Denmark office, I just want to wish all our readers and our friends in the industry a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
